Ricky has been involved in Speech & Debate since 2012. He was the former Director of Training & Head Coach at the Oxford Union where he taught 500 active members of the competitive debate squads. His students included top executives, MBA candidates, and high-potential young professionals. ​

Perry has coached debate for over six years and worked with over 500 students including the Harvard, Yale, and American National Champions. He has also provided interview and debate prep for corporate professionals and politicians.

Sam was a former debate coach at Harvard University and Peking University. Sam's global influence extends to coaching national teams, having led Latvia to its first-ever elimination round qualification in the World Schools Debating Championship and serving as Head Coach for Team Kenya.
