Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Every student starts with a free, no-obligation consultation, so you can decide whether a program is right before anything is paid. We recommend using it.

If you need to withdraw a student from a program, contact us at hello@atlantic-speech.com. Our general approach:

• Before a program begins: a full refund of any fees paid.
• Early in a program: a pro-rated refund for the sessions not yet delivered.
• Later in a program: we will work with you fairly on the specific circumstances.

Life happens. If a student misses a session, reach out and we will share notes and help them catch up, and offer a make-up where we reasonably can. Missed sessions are not normally refunded, since the class still ran.

If we ever need to cancel a session, we will reschedule it or credit it. If we cancel a program outright, we will refund the sessions that were not delivered.
