Impromptu Speaking Framework
Impromptu speaking is a skill you can drill. This sheet lays out the PREP method (Point, Reason, Example, Point) and gives you a bank of prompts to practice. Pick a prompt, take ten seconds, then speak for one minute using the four steps.

Thinking on your feet is a trainable skill.
The reps are short, so it improves fast with a coach setting prompts and giving feedback. That is a regular part of our group classes.
